|Below are frequently asked questions regarding our newsletters.
Q. How can I unsubscribe?
A. An unsubscribe link is provided at the bottom of every newsletter we send. Select 'unsubscribe' to be removed from our list. When you unsubscribe directly from an email, you will be automatically unsubscribed from that specific newsletter. If you are subscribed to multiple newsletters, you will need to unsubscribe from each newsletter as outlined above.
Q. How can I change my email address?
A. We are unable to change your email address within our system, but you may sign up for any newsletters you would like to receive using your new email address.
Q. I am receiving duplicate newsletters.
A. Our newsletter system is such that each mailing is based on the unique email address. If you are receiving more than one newsletter, one of the following suggestions may help us find the extra address.
Subscribed using two email addresses
Entered a sweepstake using two different emails and opted in for our newsletter from each entry
Recently changed internet providers which are still forwarding an old email to your new email account
Sharing the mailbox someone who is also a subscriber of our newsletter.
Q. Why are the images not loading?
A. We only send HTML graphic-based newsletters so your email settings for reading our newsletter will need to be set to accept email with graphics and embedded images. It sounds as if either your Security Settings are set too high to allow the content to load or there have been some recent system updates applied to your email account which are causing the problem. For example, if using Outlook as your email viewer, some versions of Outlook will require you to 'turn on links' or 'add Sender to Safe Sender List.' Also, if your connection speed is less than 56k, it could be that the time it's taking to load our web pages is timing out before the content loads for viewing. If you're unable to determine which one of your settings is causing the problem, please contact your email provider's Help Desk for assistance.
Q. Why am I receiving spam emails?
There are several steps you can take to reduce the amount of spam email you receive, including using a unique email address with both letters and numbers and entering sweepstakes only using a secure network connection. The Federal Trade Commission offers detailed tips for reducing unwanted commercial email. For more information, please visit the link below.
Q. Why am I not receiving your newsletters regularly?
A. Our email newsletters and reminders for each of our brands are sent from the following addresses. Please make certain that these are added to your Safe Senders list to ensure delivery.
